Job Description (Summary)
As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive consumer demand, and grow profitability. This role requires deep consumer insight, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with global brand teams and local cross-functional partners.
Strategic Planning & Market Development
Develop marketing plans aligned with the business vision and brand objectives.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Define target audience segments and design market positioning strategies.
Brand Management & Performance Delivery
Lead execution of their product’s growth drivers across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
Ensure brand consistency and strict adherence to global brand guidelines.
Track and improve brand performance (e.g., market share, brand awareness, and perception).
Deliver P&L metrics, with a focus on Net Sales Value (NSV), Gross Margin (GM), and CAAP.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Design and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns combining advertising, social media, influencer marketing, PR, and brand experiences.
Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop engaging campaign assets.
Monitor campaign ROI and continuously optimize tactics for maximum efficiency.
Budget Management
Own and manage the brand's marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across advertising, promotions, digital, and trade marketing.
Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and strategic reallocation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 7 years' marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, luxury goods, or other related industries with a track record of leading a marketing department.
Proven success in brand building, campaign management, and market expansion.
Track record of working with regional or global brand teams and managing high-profile consumer brands.
Deep knowledge of consumer behavior, trend analysis, and premium brand positioning.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, experiential).
Strong budget management, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills
