Job Description

Job Title: Factory Operations Manager
Location: Sagamu – Oyo State
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 500k – 700k

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Factory Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of progressive experience in factory or plant management, with a strong background in production, quality control, safety, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, logistics, and warehousing.
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production goals, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including supervisors, technicians, and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of continuous safety awareness.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and timely production schedules.
• Manage maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
• Liaise with senior management to report on operational status, strategic planning, and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and support customer audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
• Proven track record of managing complex operations in a factory or production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance systems.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary:
₦700,000.00 Monthly
