Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager with a proven track record in fundraising and grant writing. The ideal candidate will lead strategic fundraising initiatives, build partnerships, and manage successful grant applications to support our organizational growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals.
Identify funding opportunities and prepare compelling grant proposals, applications, and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, foundations, and funding agencies.
Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to align funding needs with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of proposals submitted, pending, and secured.
Lead budgeting and financial planning related to grants and donor funds.
Represent the organization at networking events.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in fundraising, grant writing, or business development.
Proven success in securing grants from local and international donors.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
