Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality, delicious meals that meet our standards of taste, presentation, and creativity. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, experience in managing kitchen operations, and a deep commitment to hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare a diverse menu that meets customer preferences and seasonal trends
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and food preparation activities
Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold kitchen standards and procedures
Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen costs and reduce waste through efficient processes
Collaborate with restaurant management on new menu ideas and special events
Ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours
Requirements:
Minimum 4–7 years’ experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, and hygiene regulations
Creative approach to menu development and food presentation
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
