Job Description

Sales Execution & Target Delivery
Lead a team to achieve at least 60% monthly conversion targets.

Ensure monthly sales of 8 plots worth ₦121,000,000, combining both company and personal leads.

Convert a minimum of 10% of company-assigned leads and 50 personal leads monthly.

Conduct at least 2 client inspections monthly with a 70% conversion rate.

Realtor Community Management
Recruit and onboard a minimum of 20 new marketers monthly.

Drive realtor engagement to ensure at least 50% active participation.

Ensure consistent referrals and sales activities from 2nd and 3rd generation downlines.

Organize at least 2 training sessions monthly and schedule weekly meetings.

Maintain low turnover and high brand loyalty within the community.

Strategic Partnerships & Marketing
Propose and finalize at least one new partnership per month (e.g., banks, cooperatives).

Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns.

Analyze budgets and market trends to improve product positioning.

Reporting & Documentation
Submit weekly reports including lead status, sales pipeline, and planned activities.

Present detailed monthly performance reports aligned with KPI metrics.

Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly performance reviews.
