Job Description

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital platforms. This role involves creating and curating content, analyzing metrics, managing campaigns, and interacting with the online community to align with business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and data-driven, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Key responsibility

Plan and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels) for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community experience.
Track and analyze social media performance using tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics), and provide regular reports and insights to improve engagement and ROI
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to promote products, events, or brand initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Work closely with marketing, design, PR, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and objectives.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, guidelines, and legal standards (e.g., copyright, disclosure rules).
Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
Handle sensitive situations on social media with professionalism and coordinate responses during PR crises.
