Job Description

• Lead the development of the corporate strategy and annual
strategic plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform
decision
-making.
• Collaborate with cross
-functional teams to align objectives and
strategies.
• Track and report on key strategic initiatives' progress and
outcomes.
• Support leadership in identifying new business opportunities and
risks.
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify trends,
risks, and opportunities in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Facilitate strategic workshops with leadership to align on
priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic
initiatives.
Requirements
First Degree or its equivalent in
Business Administration,
Economics, Finance or any other
related discipline.
• Master’s degree in relevant
Social/Management Sciences and
other related discipline is an
added advantage.
• Relevant Professional
certification
• e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA), Project Management
Professional (PMP), Six Sigma or
Lean Management, Certified
Strategy Professional (CSP), etc.
will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years relevant
work experience, with at least 3
years in a
supervisory role in an
FMCG industry
