Job Description

• Operate the machine in accordance with the
established standard operating procedure and speed
targets
.
• Ensure material wastages from machine are kept at
minimum acceptable level
• Report all malfunctions and constraints to the line
Technical Supervisor
• Apply all company provided protective wears and
gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules
• Carry out recommended maintenance as per checklist
to ensure equipment reliability
• Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in dressing and
immediate work area in line with Good House
Keeping Practice
• Avoid cross contamination of product due to
unhygienic state of equipment
• Implement change
-over programs as per production
schedule.
Requirements
• First Degree or its equivalent
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or
related discipline.
• Membership of NSE and COREN
certified is added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years post -NYSC practical, job -relevant experience in a well -structure d plastic production
(botting) company, with specific expertise in Husky and Sacmi Machines.
