Job Description

Job Title: B2C Sales Manager (HVAC & Industrial Tapes)
Location: Lagos
Salary: #450,000 - #600,000 (Based on experience)
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for HVAC tapes and other industrial adhesive products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building materials, flexible packaging, BOPP tape, construction, or industrial tapes industries and a proven track record of generating revenue in business-to-consumer (B2C) channels. This role is key in expanding our market presence, developing retail/distribution partnerships, and driving consumer demand across key territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for HVAC and industrial tapes.
• Identify new market opportunities, retail channels, and distribution partners.
• Manage sales pipeline and conversion rates to achieve and exceed targets.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and key B2C clients.
• Monitor and support channel partner performance; provide sales training and promotional support.
• Drive market penetration and brand visibility in the HVAC and construction sectors.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for campaign alignment and customer feedback.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven B2C sales experience in any of the following: HVAC, Building materials, Flexible packaging, BOPP/Industrial tapes, Construction.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple retail/distribution accounts across a defined region.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Salary:
₦500,000.00 Monthly
