Staff Supervision

Supervise and guide waitresses during shifts to ensure excellent customer service.

Assign tables, manage break schedules, and monitor staff attendance and performance.

Train new waitresses on service procedures, menu knowledge, and guest interaction etiquette.

Guest Service Oversight

Welcome guests and ensure they are seated and served promptly.

Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and intervene where necessary to resolve complaints or issues.

Handle VIP guests and special requests with extra care and attention.

Operations & Cleanliness

Ensure the dining area, tables, and service stations are clean, well-organized, and properly set.

Oversee the setup before service and ensure smooth closing procedures after service.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Team Coordination

Lead daily briefings with waitstaff to review menu changes, special events, or service goals.

Promote a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and address any conflicts.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

Administrative Support

Keep records of staff performance, daily sales reports, and feedback logs.

Report any issues, breakages, or shortages to the Restaurant Manager.

Assist with inventory checks and ordering of uniforms or service items.
