This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring product quality, and upholding food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities
• Machinery Operation: Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Product Handling: Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully to reduce damage and waste.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks; report any product deviations.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
• Documentation: Accurately record production data and maintain logs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and targets.
• Packaging: Package, seal, and label finished products per specifications.
• Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry practices and company standards.
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Physically fit – ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
