Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and social media support to the restaurant's management team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the management.
Support social media management: content creation, scheduling posts, and community engagement.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Travel with or on behalf of management as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Must be computer literate.
Willingness to travel as the need arises.
