Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Finance Lead to join our dynamic team. The Finance Lead will oversee the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
3. Monitor company budgets and assist in forecasting and financial planning
4. Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
5. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
6. Implement and maintain strong internal controls
7. Support the finance manager with strategic financial initiatives
8. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Professional qualification will be considered a plus.
3. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
4. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
5. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis in a production environment.
6. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
