WashStation is a fast-growing laundry service redefining convenience for busy individuals. We provide top-notch washing, drying, ironing, and folding services with free pickup and delivery across select locations.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Rep to join our operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clothing items are in excellent condition before delivery to customers. This includes inspecting for stains, damages, proper cleaning, accurate ironing, neat folding, and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect cleaned clothes to confirm they meet WashStation's quality standards.
Identify and flag any stains, tears, or damages before packing.
Ensure all clothing items are properly ironed and folded.
Pack orders neatly and accurately in preparation for delivery.
Work closely with the operations and customer support teams to address any issues.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Experience in laundry operations or quality control is a plus.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Must be reliable, honest, and punctual.
