Job Description

Purpose:
Assist the Head of Operation to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative task within the organization. also, to support the research team by assisting in data collection, analysis, and report preparation, ensuring that research projects are conducted efficiently and in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Additionally, the role involves administrative responsibilities aimed at maintaining organized and effective office operations. This includes scheduling meetings, managing communications, organizing and filing documents, and coordinating office activities. By combining these research and administrative duties, the Administrative Offer ensures that the department runs smoothly, supports the achievement of project goals, and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
First Degree in Business, Marketing and Economics, from a reputable institution –
Must have above-average software skills in Microsoft Office applications.
 At least 3 years post qualification experience.
Technical knowledge and skills in results-based management
Strong interpersonal skills,
Ability to lead others in solving complex problems,
Ability to work effectively with clients, and Ability to communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills 
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
Excellent report writing and presentation skills 
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint 
Ability to work with timelines and meet deadlines
