Job Description
We’re seeking a vibrant and proactive Personal Assistant to support a top-tier Party Planner in Abuja. This role goes beyond traditional PA duties — we need someone dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on, who can confidently manage operations both in-store and on-site at events. If you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and have a flair for execution, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Be the CEO’s go-to support during event planning and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and track all deliverables to and from event locations.
• Supervise event staff, ensuring everyone is aligned with the event vision.
• Oversee behind-the-scenes video and photo content during events.
• Collaborate with the in-house content creator to generate engaging marketing visuals.
• Manage daily operations at the party shop, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Handle inventory tracking and returns post-events, with proper documentation.
Requirements
• Energetic, bubbly personality with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to think quickly, multitask, and handle high-pressure situations.
• Social media savvy, with a keen eye for visuals and trends.
• Basic understanding of video content coordination.
• Previous experience in event planning, retail, or hospitality is a major plus.
