Job Description
We're looking for someone sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented to join our team as an Operations & Support Assistant. This is a hands-on support role that focuses on fulfillment, logistics, and daily customer delivery coordination. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and doesn’t mind being on your phone or laptop all day following up with riders, vendors, and customers — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
1. Coordinate daily delivery operations and ensure tasks hit a 95%+ success rate.
2. Reply to customer/vendor messages within 60 seconds and follow up till issues are resolved.
3. Track riders throughout the day and follow up on delivery statuses (delivered, failed, pending).
4. Call customers to confirm deliveries when riders don’t respond.
5. Escalate complaints about delays, damage, or wrong items, and follow through on resolutions.
6. Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure all orders move seamlessly.
7. Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
8. Be proactive; if 85% of orders aren’t updated by 4 PM, you're calling riders to get answers.
What We’re Looking For
1. Someone organized and responsive, with excellent follow-through.
2. A people person who’s comfortable speaking with both riders and customers.
3. Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer service is an advantage.
4. Good communication skills.
5. You should be calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks.
6. Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or dispatch software is helpful.
