Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Leasing to lead our leasing team and drive business growth through strategic leasing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies, managing lease negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate transactions
• Proven track record of successful leasing deals and business growth
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Key Responsibilities:
a. Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve business objectives
b. Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
c. Collaborate with property managers, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth lease transactions
d. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing decisions
e. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Lead and manage a team of leasing professionals
f. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and brokers
