Job Description

The role focuses on leading the development and execution of media strategies that align with client objectives. Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring media briefs are accurate and aligned before passing to relevant teams.

• Creating strategic frameworks through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and media planning.

• Building trusted client relationships by demonstrating strong media expertise.

• Managing and mentoring a team of media professionals through performance management and development planning.

• Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Content, Data Science, Commerce, Exchange) to enhance client offerings.

• Supporting day-to-day client operations and ensuring effective team functioning.

• Driving innovation through new initiatives, training, and business development activities.

• Participating in and leading new business pitches and projects beyond direct client work.

• Overseeing the execution of plans in collaboration with the Buying Team and managing cross-functional relationships.
