Job Summary:
A loving and professional family is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Nanny to provide exceptional care and developmental support for their children in a private residential home. The ideal candidate must be warm, responsible, and attentive, with a genuine passion for child care and experience working in similar home environments. The nanny will support the child’s daily routine, learning, emotional well-being, and personal development while maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Childcare & Development
Provide attentive, hands-on care for children, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being.
Create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
Support the children’s learning through reading, storytelling, creative play, and educational games.
Establish and maintain consistent daily routines, including meals, naps, homework, and bedtime.
Monitor and track milestones or changes in behavior and development, reporting any concerns to parents.
Health & Hygiene
Bathe, dress, and groom children appropriately.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs and parental preferences.
Keep children’s rooms, toys, and play areas clean, tidy, and organized.
Administer basic first aid when necessary and manage medications if prescribed (with parental consent and instruction).
Household & Family Support
Assist with children’s laundry and organizing their belongings.
Escort children to and from school, activities, and appointments when required.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents regarding daily updates, routines, and special needs.
Work alongside other household staff (e.g., housekeeper, cook, driver) to ensure seamless family support.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a nanny in a private home setting.
Proven ability to care for children across different age groups (infants to school-aged).
Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a passion for childcare.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Physically fit, energetic, and able to keep up with active children.
Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Childcare certification, pediatric first aid/CPR training, or early childhood education is an advantage.
Previous live-in nanny experience is preferred.
Ability to assist with homework and school-related tasks.
