Job Description

Location: Cote d'ivoire
Employment Type: Onsite Full-time
Salary Range: USD 800−1500 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for African music content investment, target selection, strategy formulation, negotiation, project approval, due diligence, etcetera.
• Communicate, negotiate, and communicate details of copyright transactions with artists and with record companies.
• Knowledge of splits sheet, Back Catalogue, Negotiations, Copyright, Publishing, Market share in African music space etc.
• Promote concerts, variety show production, and other related activities.
• Responsible for the income analysis and acquisition execution and delivery of the target project.
• Handle all pre-investment and post-investment management between the company and its third parties.
• Coordinate project data collation, report production, and cooperation with financial, legal and other departments to promote the project.
• Create and develop diversified portfolios to maximize project benefits and risk-benefit principle, risk tolerance, and risk control.
• Organize project approvals, daily investment meetings and manage employees under project.
• Represent the company’s associates externally through marketing presentations, conferences and other business development opportunities.
• Any other duties assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:
• BA/BSc required from a reputable university. An MBA strongly preferred.
• More than 5 years of appropriate music investment work experience, gained from work at an investment firm or a large institutional investor.
• Must have working experience in Music industry or famous record labels
• Communicate clearly in English and French
