Job Opening: Video/Image Editor & Social Media Manager
We’re on the hunt for a creative powerhouse who can turn pixels into magic and hashtags into strategy. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and know how to spark conversations online, this is your spotlight moment.
Role Overview:
As our Video/Image Editor and Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for producing captivating visual content and driving SMNI brand’s voice across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the SMNI and NEW DISCIPLES team to ensure cohesive storytelling, audience engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging videos and images for campaigns, products, and events
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others
- Craft compelling captions and content calendars tailored to audience behavior and trends
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to optimize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketers to maintain brand consistency
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video and image editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Excellent storytelling skills—both visually and verbally
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in brand marketing or content strategy is a plus
