Job Description

institutional clients. Key roles include:
• Treasury Marketing: Developing and marketing treasury
solutions, including liquidity management, foreign exchange, and
cash management products to corporate and institutional clients.
• Wealth Management: Advising clients on investment strategies,
managing portfolios, and offering tailored financial planning
services to grow and protect their wealth.
• Institutional Sales: Building and maintaining relationships with
large clients, selling financial products such as bonds, derivatives,
and investment funds, and managing client accounts to meet their
financial goals.
This role combines financial expertise with client relationship
management, focusing on both strategic advice and sales.
Responsibilities:
▪ Drive the onboarding of new individual and institutional clients
▪ Drive the maintenance, nurturing and retention of existing clients
▪ Drive deal origination across group entity products
▪ Conduct needs analysis and risk profiling for all clients prior to onboarding them.
▪ Advising clients on financial products and services.
▪ Buying and selling investment securities on behalf of the client.
▪ Managing investments.
▪ Conducting planning services.
▪ Efficiently maintain Client records. Minimal rework and absence of error in reports, analysis
and presentations.
▪ Adhere to all regulatory requirements. Nil penalties and loss of income due to regulatory
infractions
▪ Competition watch: Provide monthly report on competitor's offering with recommendation
▪ Contribute towards the development of new products and/or areas of product improvement
▪ Drive the execution of both the Corporate strategic initiatives
▪ Customer satisfaction rating at 100

Minimum Requirements
