Job Description
Fast-rising lingerie and gym wear wholesale/retail business based in Oluwole, Lagos Island is looking for vibrant and social media-savvy Online Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, drive sales, and build our online presence across WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages and comments on WhatsApp, Instagram & TikTok promptly.
- Process and confirm online orders, track deliveries, and follow up with customers.
- Post engaging content and product updates using approved templates or ideas.
- Drive sales and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Keep records of daily sales chats and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with dispatch, store keeper, and operations lead to fulfill orders.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the right department (Admin/Operations/HR).
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE/OND.
- 1+ year experience in online customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong written communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Must be tech-savvy, polite, and have a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Resides within or close to Lagos Island is an added advantage.
