Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Skincare Specialist to provide expert consultations, recommend appropriate skincare regimens, and drive product engagement in-store. The ideal candidate has a passion for skin health and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth skin assessments and consultations
Recommend skincare products based on individual needs and concerns
Educate clients on routines, ingredients, and best practices
Track customer progress and provide follow-up care and support
Assist in inventory checks and new stock setups
Support sales promotions and skincare-related events
Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in skincare consultation, esthetics, or dermatology assistance
Certification in skincare, esthetics, or cosmetology is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment methods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A strong sales orientation with a consultative approach
Must live in or commute reliably to Wuse 2, Abuja
