Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma.
• Relevant professional qualification or certification.
• Minimum of 3 year's experience as a beauty specialist in a retail store or similar role.
Responsibilities:
• Identify customer’s needs and preferences, providing personalized advice on suitable beauty products.
• Demonstrate makeup application, skincare routines, and other beauty techniques.
• Drive sales by promoting products and services, potentially including upselling or recommending new items.
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and build a strong and stable customer base and relationships.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized, adhering to hygiene protocols, and ensuring product displays are attractive.
• Keep abreast on latest beauty trends.
• Receiving customers in the store and providing professional beauty consultation services for customers who come to the store.
• Assist the store manager to do a good job in store management.

• Must possess in-depth knowledge of various beauty products, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
