Job Summary
The Customer Experience/Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and retail operations. This role offers hands-on experience in both digital and direct marketing, as well as real-world customer service practices. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, communicative, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Assist with responding to customer inquiries in-store, online, and over the phone.
Help resolve basic customer concerns under supervision.
Support customer satisfaction and follow-up efforts.
Marketing Support:
Contribute to digital marketing content creation (e.g., social media posts, product highlights).
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
Help track campaign performance and gather customer feedback.
Sales & Product Support:
Provide product information and assist in demonstrations.
Support merchandising and product display efforts.
Help manage inventory documentation as needed.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
Prepare simple reports on customer trends and sales feedback.
Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.
