Culture Builder: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment where
every employee feels valued and empowered.
Growth Mindset:Design and implement robust performance management, compensation, and
training programs that unlock employee potential and drive career progression.
Trusted Advisor: Function as an HR Business Partner with senior leadership, offering expert HR
guidance and insights to navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities.
What we're looking for:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's
degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior
leadership role.
A proven track record of developing and implementing successful, impactful HR strategies. And
having a deep understanding of HR best practices, Nigerian labour laws, and regulations.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to build strong
relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly desirable certifications include SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPM (Chartered Institute of
Personnel Management of Nigeria).
