devices, accessories, and electronics, is seeking a dynamic Head of HR to join its executive leadership

As our Head of HR, you'll be instrumental in creating an environment where our people can excel and

What you'll do:
 Strategise & Lead: Develop and implement people-centric and business-aligned HR strategies
that directly support our ambitious business goals.
 Talent Management: Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring we attract, onboard, and
retain the best in the industry.
 Culture Builder: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment where
every employee feels valued and empowered.
 Growth Mindset:Design and implement robust performance management, compensation, and
training programs that unlock employee potential and drive career progression.
 Trusted Advisor: Function as an HR Business Partner with senior leadership, offering expert HR
guidance and insights to navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities.
What we're looking for:
 A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's
degree is a plus.
 Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior
leadership role.
 A proven track record of developing and implementing successful, impactful HR strategies. And
having a deep understanding of HR best practices, Nigerian labour laws, and regulations.
 Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to build strong
relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
 Highly desirable certifications include SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPM (Chartered Institute of
Personnel Management of Nigeria).
