HR Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Facilitate conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
Assist in developing training and development programs.
Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare HR reports and analyze data to improve HR processes.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
