Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote loan products across digital and offline channels
Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, referrals, and lead generation campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and business partners
Educate clients on loan offerings, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms
Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan processing
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal lending policies
Kindly note that salary is negotiable depending on your work experience and from 200,000.00 to 500,000 gross. Also, experience in financial institution is key. PLEASE do not apply if you lack the required loan experience in a financial institution. Female are required to apply for gender balance.
