Are you a results-driven team leader who can both lead and do the work?
Our client in the EdTech sector is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Representative Coordinator to drive territory expansion, oversee field sales operations, and support the onboarding of new schools across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily operations of Sales & Marketing Representatives across assigned territories.
- Identify and personally engage private schools to onboard them onto the EdTech platform.
- Provide on-the-job training, performance coaching, and support to Sales Reps.
- Coordinate weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews with field agents.
Track regional targets, evaluate team performance, and report metrics to senior management.
- Conduct virtual or on-site product demos for school administrators and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign rollout and lead conversion strategies.
- Represent the company at key education sector events and school forums to build visibility and credibility.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales/marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to manage a remote or hybrid sales team and deliver on KPIs.
- Proficient with CRM tools, lead tracking platforms, and Google Workspace.
-Must be open to field travel.
