TollyClassic Delivery is a warehousing and fulfillment platform designed to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Africa scale with ease. We handle everything from storage and inventory management to order fulfillment and last-mile dispatch efficiently and professionally.
We are expanding our team and currently seeking passionate, proactive, and highly organized Interns to support our operations in Fulfillment & Dispatch Operations
Who We're Looking For:
You must be a current resident of Wuye, Jabi, Utako, Lifecamp, Kado, or nearby areas. We want detail-oriented, fast learners who are eager to gain real-world experience in logistics, warehousing, or eCommerce operations.
What You'll Do:
1. Assist in packaging and labeling customer orders
2. Coordinate with dispatch riders and couriers
3. Track deliveries and update order statuses
4. Support last-mile delivery processes
5. Help maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction
Requirements for Both Roles:
1. Must reside in one of the following areas: Wuye, Jabi, Utako, Lifecamp, Kado
2. Must be reliable, physically active, and eager to learn
3. Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
5. Previous experience in logistics or warehouse setting is a plus (but not required)
