Job Description
According to the required projects and frequencies, carefully test the relevant quality indicators of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure that the products are within the control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• 1. According to the company's requirements for projects and frequency, carefully test the relevant quality indicators of raw materials, production processes, and finished products, and make detailed records.
• 2. If raw materials, products, or production processes are found to exceed PepsiCo's standard range, they should be promptly handled according to relevant procedures.
• 3.Conduct on-site inspections to assist in improving the microbial environment of the production line, in order to increase the product qualification rate of the production line.
• 4.For any downtime event on the production line, the cause and downtime must be identified and recorded in the daily report.
• 5.Any abnormalities in work must be promptly reported to the quality control manager.
• 6.Complete the cleaning and sanitation work in the contracted area as required.
• 7.Obey the work arranged by superiors and other work related to this position.
