Role: Staff Reliability Engineer (Contractor)

Location: Hybrid, Remote, or based in Europe
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in system reliability, performance testing, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong expertise in Apache Kafka, Java, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern observability tools.
Hands-on experience with automated testing, fault injection, and CI/CD integration.
Proficient in reliability testing strategies and site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile teams.
Comfortable working across time zones and remotely from Europe or Africa.
