Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil/Structural) or related field
• Minimum of 15 years’ supervisory experience in oil & gas production operations in Nigeria
• Proven experience in swamp and offshore operations, plus project management expertise
• Valid IWCF certification and a strong HSSE compliance record are required
• Strong leadership, operations management, and troubleshooting skills
• Expertise in production forecasting, workflow planning, and contractor management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Integrity, adaptability, analytical thinking, and results orientation
• Manage daily production operations, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards
• Monitor production and quality metrics, addressing inefficiencies promptly
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment functionality and availability
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure uninterrupted production processes
• Support project execution, engineering, procurement, and commissioning activities
• Prepare daily production and evacuation reports; present performance updates to stakeholders
• Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce compliance
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to maintain smooth workflows.
