Are you an experienced Accountant? Haven Brooks LTD, a leading real estate firm based in Abuja, is looking for a dedicated professional to manage our financial operations with precision and insight.
Position: Accountant
Location: Jabi, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time, Fully Onsite
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: ₦150,000
Gender: Preferably Male for gender balance
Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage financial records, sales transactions, and company operations.
2. Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly reports: profit & loss, cash flow, and balance sheets.
3. Monitor property tax payments and ensure financial compliance with regulations.
4. Maintain vendor and contractor payment schedules to support property maintenance and project execution.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in accounting software tools, such as:
- Excel and - QuickBooks
8. Handle debt recovery processes and maintain records of receivables and bad debts.
