Job Description
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 8 years of working experience.
• At least 5 years of strategic-level experience in business development, branding, or marketing.
• Experience in the real estate, financial services, or luxury retail sectors.
• A strong understanding of strategic marketing planning and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of lead generation techniques, digital marketing tools, and campaign design.
• Proficiency in brand management and communications, including public relations and content development.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Plan and implement targeted campaigns (digital and offline) to promote our projects and services.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine our positioning.
• Drive the company's presence on social media, the web, and other digital platforms.
• Create and run multi-channel content and advertising campaigns tailored to segmented audiences.
• Build, manage, and expand a high-performing network of independent sales agents and brokers.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
