Sales & Marketing Growth Officer (Team Lead)

Location:

Asokoro, Abuja (On-site, Full-time)

Compensation:

₦200,000 monthly + 5% commission on deals closed

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Growth Officer to lead revenue generation initiatives, secure sponsorships, launch new programs, and drive high-impact marketing campaigns. This role requires strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM tools, and sales processes.

You must be passionate about building systems, mentoring teams, and converting ideas into sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute monetization strategies for programs, events, and training initiatives.

Lead sponsorship and partnership acquisition, from pitching to deal closure.

Run digital marketing campaigns (ads, email, landing pages) to drive leads and conversions.

Manage and mentor a sales/marketing team to consistently meet KPIs.

Launch and scale training academies and events, ensuring profitability.

Build sales funnels, implement CRM systems, and track performance through dashboards.

Blend inbound and outbound sales generation to consistently hit revenue goals.

Sustain partnerships with key organizations for joint initiatives and revenue growth.

Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):

Candidates should demonstrate past achievements or ability to deliver outcomes such as:

Monetizing programs or academies within 3 months.

Securing ₦100M–₦150M sponsorship revenue with an average deal size of ₦20M.

Launching new initiatives that reached paying customers within 6 months.

Leading events with 200+ attendees while increasing sponsorship revenue.

Growing digital engagement and lead generation by at least 50% in 4 months.

Implementing CRM and automation systems that improved conversion rates.

Developing new revenue streams that contributed ₦50M+ in 12 months.

Managing sales/marketing teams to consistently achieve KPIs for 3+ consecutive quarters.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales, marketing, and revenue growth roles.

Strong track record in digital marketing, lead generation, sponsorship acquisition, and CRM systems.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute monetization strategies.

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and driving teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.

Must be resident in Abuja (preferably near Asokoro).

Passion for working in a structured, on-site environment.
