Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that strengthen NuMoni’s brand, attract new customers, and drive merchant visibility. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement NuMoni’s social media strategy in alignment with company goals.
2. Manage and grow NuMoni’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
3. Create and curate engaging, shareable content (text, image, video, and stories).
4. Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
5. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing, Merchant Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to run effective campaigns.
7. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social channels in a timely and professional manner.
8. Manage paid ad campaigns on social media to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
3. Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
6. Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
7. Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
8. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategy.
