Job Description
An experienced English Teacher is needed for full-time home schooling of junior secondary school students. The teacher will be responsible for teaching both English Language and Literature.
Details:
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Subjects: English Language and Literature
Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 2–3 years teaching experience with junior secondary school students.
Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and Literature texts.
Ability to design lesson plans, class activities, and assessments.
Excellent classroom management skills and patience with children.
Ability to use creative and modern teaching methods (storytelling, debates, reading sessions, audio-visual aids).
Good record-keeping and ability to track students’ progress.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, reliable, and passionate about education.
