Job Title: Senior Warehouse Executive, Full Time

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven SWE to lead and manage warehouse operations within the consumer electrical products industry at our Sagamu branch. This role is essential for overseeing inventory flow, accurate stock records, and processing orders efficiently while ensuring a safe warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inventory Control & Management: Oversee receipt, binning, and supply of goods within 24 hours. Conduct regular stock counts and audits, investigate variances, and ensure proper packaging and labeling. Collaborate with procurement, planning, and sales teams to ensure stock availability and efficient product flow.
• Operations Compliance: Supervise daily activities, develop work schedules, and monitor inbound/outbound transactions for accuracy.
• Documentation: Track all warehouse documents and prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and maintain a safe environment.
• Team Leadership: Support warehouse staff and address operational issues promptly, escalating if necessary.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with transportation and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and shipping efficiency. Manage inbound and outbound performance and cost controls.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Leadership: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putting away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of consumer electrical products. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Supervisory experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
