About the Company
Our client is a global leader in power transmission, distribution, and renewable energy solutions, with projects across Africa, Asia, and beyond. As part of its expansion in Nigeria, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and strategic growth in Abuja and across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Nigerian power and renewable energy sector.
-Identify and secure new business opportunities, including government contracts, EPC projects, and private sector deals.
-Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and bids.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, utilities (TCN, DISCOs), and private sector clients.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments in Nigeria’s power and renewable industry.
-Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
-Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and key account management.

Qualifications & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
-Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales/business development within the power, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
-Proven success in high-value B2B/project sales and experience with government tendering and procurement processes.
-Strong existing network with stakeholders in the Nigerian energy sector (Ministry of Power, REA, NBET, TCN, NERC, DISCOs).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work with multicultural teams and adapt to international business practices.
