We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our Branding & Marketing Team, which includes a Web Developer and a Branding Ambassador (Social Media & Content Specialist). This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, someone who can enhance our online presence and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strong social media strategy that aligns with branding and marketing goals.
• Oversee the Branding Ambassador and Web Developer to ensure cohesive branding and content strategies.
• Create visually appealing content using Canva for social media, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (static posts, reels, and stories).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an interactive online community.
• Collaborate with the team to create innovative branding campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp.
• Manage deadlines efficiently to ensure timely content delivery.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Canva (Intermediate to Advanced).
• Strong branding, marketing, and content strategy knowledge.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and analytics.
