Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of proven expertise in electrical engineering to lead our power distribution operations. The ideal candidate will oversee power distribution systems, synchronization panels, load management, and energy optimization, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and coordinate all electrical engineering operations.
Oversee power distribution systems to ensure uninterrupted and efficient supply.
Manage synchronization panels and ensure proper integration with backup power systems.
Monitor and implement effective load management strategies for optimal energy utilization.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the electrical team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage).
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role.
Strong expertise in power distribution, synchronization panels, and load management systems.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
