Job Description
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with Shopinverse’s brand guide, voice, and values.
Manage and grow Shopinverse’s presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform content strategies.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, DMs, and inquiries.
Collaborate with the design, sales, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Proactively identify opportunities to boost brand awareness, community engagement, and sales.
