Windows Server professional-level 2

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Windows Server Professional (Level 2) to provide advanced technical support, maintenance, and administration of Windows server environments. The ideal candidate will handle escalated issues from Level 1 support, ensure system stability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Windows Server–related incidents and requests escalated from Level 1.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
Monitor server performance, backups, and patch management.
Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data protection.
Assist with server migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with senior engineers and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

Certifications:
ITIL v3 (or higher), MCSA/MCSE Windows Server 2016/2019, VMware VCA, Azure Fundamentals/Administrator.

Experience:
5+ years backend support, 3+ years Windows Server & VMware virtualization.

Special Requirements:
Programming and scripting skills; Strong troubleshooting; Infrastructure provisioning knowledge.
