We are a leading real estate firm with Head Office in Lagos. We are currently recruiting to fill the position below

Job Title: - Legal Officer & Admin
Job Type: Full Time
Industry: Real Estate
Qualification: LLB
Experience: 3-4 Experience in Legal documentation and Admin
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly

• Develop and inspect land surveying projects

• Advise the company on title issues and environmental and insurance issues

• Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings

• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of Second Class Upper division

• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions

• Ability to work under pressure
