Job Description
Key Requirements
HND/B.Sc. degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR consulting.
Proven ability to source candidates, build pipelines, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Proven experience in data Management and reporting
Experience in digital recruitment/marketing or content development and communications.
Strong attention to detail with excellent data management and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and HR data.
Ensure compliance with data management and record-keeping standards.
Support employer branding initiatives by managing and growing the company’s presence on corporate social media platforms.
Assist in other HR consulting services, including client engagement and project support, as required.
