Job Description
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Professional HR certification is an added advantage

Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of KPI-driven performance appraisal systems.

Proficiency in payroll management and statutory compliance.

Advanced Excel and HR data analytics skills.


Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Administer performance management systems to track employee goals, KPIs, and career growth.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, including benefits administration (e.g., HMO and related matters).

Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including remittance of statutory obligations (ITF, NSITF, GLI, GLA).

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.

Manage and maintain company social media platforms for employer branding.

Analyze HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, employee satisfaction, productivity) and prepare dashboard reports for management decision-making.
