Key Responsibilities:
1. Luggage Handling: Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
2. Guest Service: Provide information and assistance to guests, answering questions about hotel services and local attractions.
3. Concierge Support: Support the concierge team with tasks such as making reservations and arranging transportation.
4. Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby area.
5. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Physical ability to lift and handle luggage.
